Sargam offers a range of therapeutic approaches, including Motivational Interviewing, psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) for teens, Emotional Regulation- DBT, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, and Nature Walk Therapy. She is passionate about connecting with young people and offering them a welcoming space to be themselves.

When working with adults, Sargam employs a variety of therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Humanistic Therapy, and Conflict Resolution Therapy.
