Tania is an experienced psychologist with over 14 years of clinical practice and is particularly skilled in paediatric care. She holds a PhD in Organisational Psychology and has expanded her work to support children, adolescents, and families. Tania is trained in short-term, non-directed play therapy and integrates both play and art therapy into her sessions to help young clients feel safe, engaged, and able to express themselves in varied and open ways.
Tania also supports families in parenting work, empowering parents with practical tools, psychological insight, and guidance to strengthen their confidence and connection with their children. She adopts a compassionate, client-centred approach, working collaboratively to develop meaningful goals and skills that promote emotional wellbeing.
Her interventions are informed by evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Self-Compassion, and Mindfulness. Tania is passionate about a holistic view of mental health and is particularly interested in the role of nutrition, family dynamics, and social norms in shaping emotional wellbeing. Her work is further enriched by training in body-based therapies, including music, sandplay, and creative art-based techniques.
Tania enjoys working one-on-one with individuals and is also passionate about facilitating group workshops. She believes in sharing psychological knowledge in a clear, accessible, and empowering way—helping clients lead more resilient, connected, and values-aligned lives.
